R Kellys lawyers have requested the singers ex-wife Andrea be jailed and fined for breaking a confidentiality agreement against him.

In court documents filed Tuesday (2 July), Kellys lawyers have claimed that speaking out against the star was in breach of the agreement she signed amid their divorce battle in 2009.

According to the papers, acquired by Chicago Sun Times, part of the agreement was that they were to not criticise each other in public, and his lawyers argue that not only has Andrea done that, but shes earned a profit in the process.

Steve Greenberg, who represents the star, wrote: She should further be required to disclose each and every appearance she has made where she has discussed Robert Kelly, divulge all income earned as a result thereof, be fined by this court an amount equal to or in excess of the amount she has earned from a breach of the agreement, and jailed.

Andrea, known to most as Drea, was one of the women who spoke out against the singer in controversial documentary, Surviving R Kelly.

She is currently starring in reality show, Growing Up Hip Hop.
