Kate Beckinsale was recently raving about the new foreskin facial trend, which apparently rejuvenated her skin after coming off a long haul flight.
And now shes at it again with those shocking statuses, by making awkward genital jokes on Instagram.
In a snap shared to her 2.3million followers, the star can be seen cuddling up to her ex beau Michael Sheen, who is dressed in a bunny rabbit onesie.
The pair appear to be opening all of the presents from Christmas day as they rested together on a cream couch.
In the caption, the 45-year-old actress caught her fans attention as she attempted to make a crude joke that just turned out to be a bit of a flop.
She teased: So apparently there are two meanings of the word “perineum”, one being the area of the body between the genitals and anus, and the other, the period of time between Christmas and New Years Day.
I thought I had been clear we were celebrating the second but Michael turned up in an impenetrable onesie just in case he was ambushed by an excitable relative.
One fan quipped back: Ive actually never witnessed anybody so obsessed with mentioning genitals.
While another added: That pic is like a weird trippy image taken out of the imagination of someone like Tim Burton or a scene from Donnie Darko or something….!
Just last month, the Underworld star revealed the secret to her perfect complexion after having liquefied foreskins smeared on her face.
She told fans: After a long flight I do like to lie down and be covered in a mask of liquefied cloned foreskins-frankly who doesnt?
Thank you @georgialouisesk for an amazing facial. I especially liked you reassuring me it would be “light on penis” as it was my first time x

Sandra Bullock, who also underwent the treatment, previously opened up about her experience of having the facial while appearing on the Ellen DeGeneres show.
She said: Its this way in which one forces through microneedling… it pushes through the skin and ruptures the collagen and it boosts it. You look like a burns victim for about a day.
