Leah Remini has no hard feelings towards The Handmaids Tale actress Elisabeth Moss.
Last year, Elisabeth, 36, was said to have walked out on Leahs acceptance speech at the Television Critics Awards after winning for her TV series, Scientology and the Aftermath.
Elisabeth is reported to be a Scientologist so its no surprise that she wasnt thrilled with Leahs win for the critically-acclaimed series, which aims to expose the churchs alleged treatment of former members.
Addressing Elisabeths reaction, Leah said on Andy Cohens Watch What Happens Live: No, unfortunately, I wish I was surprised, but that is kind of the teachings of Scientology.
According to Leah, who left the church of Scientology in 2013, the church teaches its members to cut off contact to anyone who quit the religion. In Scientology and the Aftermath, Leah makes claims that the church goes as far as harassing former Scientologists.
The TV star continued: To not watch or listen to anything or anyone who speaks out against the abuses of it. They literally run away. Its really sad to watch it because its like I really dont mean them any harm but I know how they feel.

Drawing on her own experiences with the church, Leah added: I remember how I felt when I saw people who I was taught and brainwashed into believing were the devil, so its sad to see them react to me that way. Im like, “Im me, I dont mean you any harm, I want you to do well in life. I promise you”.
The Kings of Queens also revealed how people run away from her at celebrity parties as they arent allowed to be associated with defected Scientologists.
She claimed: They literally run away like youre a pimp or something.
Leah, 48, has previously spoken out about Elisabeths reaction and told The Hollywood Reporter: Elisabeth Moss believes that she cant talk to me. She isnt allowed to talk to me. And me knowing that, I wouldnt put her in the awkward position.
