For those who maybe fancy going on a date with Orlando Bloom, know that Katy Perry will be there waiting and watching…with her wallet.
The Firework singer spent some big, big bucks in order to trump a fan who was bidding on a date with 41-year-old Orly.
Seems Katy either really, really wanted to donate, or really, really wanted that date night with her actual boyfriend that she can go out with any old time.
This is why its so hard to nab a date with a celebrity, you know – their rich girlfriends are always pipping us at the post.
Katy, 34, was at the One Love Malibu auction at King Gillette Ranch, when she bid on a motorcycle ride with the actor, with funds going back to the community after 81 people died and 13,000 homes were destroyed in last months wildfires.
The singer, who performed at the event, later took to the stage to announce the chance to win the ride with the man Im dating that I love and respect.
Youre holding him in a way that I am not excited about! Youre holding his pecs and his six-pack – and its so glorious! she told the crowd.
You get to hold on to Orlando for about 45 minutes … And then, you get to stare into his brown eyes!
A woman named Laura soon jumped at the chance to do just that and put down $20,000 (£16k) for the chance, before Katy jumped in with her chequebook.
Yay! I dont know who you are, but stan for my man!, Katy said, before adding: Laura, Im sorry – Im buying it for $50,000 (£39k).
She then dropped the mic dramatically and walked back off stage, through the group, including The Big Bang Theorys Johnny Galecki, who had gathered to watch the auction.

The auctioneer then announced to the crowd, mentioning Katy: Sold – to the lady in the red leather skirt!
Katy and Orlando have been dating since 2016 (with a little break in there just to really make the love stronger) and now it seems theyre going on one hell of an expensive date night.
Anything to hold those glorious pecs, we guess.
