Noel Fielding has been pictured giving a homeless man a £20 note after a night out celebrating the launch of Help Refugees Choose Love shop.
The generous comedian was with partner Lliana Bird on the night out in London on Thursday when he stopped to take some cash out from a ATM and decided to give it to the man sat next to the machines.
Noel plucked a £20 note from the wad of cash he was holding, and clearly in the giving mood, he handed over the money to help the man get a hot drink or a place to spend the night; London has been falling into the low dingle digits at night as December creeps in.
The man couldnt hide his delight as he beamed and smiled after being handed the money.
Wearing a parka and black gloves, the man had just a sleeping bag keeping him warm.
Lliana, 37, is a co-founder of the charity Help Refugees which grew out of a social media fund-and-donation-raising campaign in August 2015.
The charity was kick started to raise aid to support refugees in the so-called Jungle camp in Calais but it has gone on to offer aid and support in other areas where refugees arrive into Europe.
Through donations, the charity helps to build temporary shelters at camps, serve hot food, distribute goods and provide other services, and their Choose Love pop-up shop in Soho allows people to purchase essential items for refugees.
Noel was at the launch on Thursday, along with Love Island stars Camilla Thurlow and Jamie Jewitt, Steve Coogan, Daisy Lowe and British actress Suki Waterhouse.
