Spencer Williams was left in a panic on his wedding day.
The Made In Chelsea star tied the knot with Vogue Williams in June at his familys estate in Scotland. However, the day didnt go entirely smoothly as Spencer reveals he forgot to write a wedding speech.
As if your wedding day isnt stressful enough!
Spencer, 30, says that he and Vogue were so relaxed about their big day that writing the speech slipped his mind, so he was forced to improvise in front of their guests.
Explaining the gaffe, Spencer told Hello! magazine: The strange thing is, and this is no joke, but because the whole thing was so casual, I didnt write a speech. And it came to my attention as we were wandering over to what youd call the grill room, that I was going to have to make one.
Fortunately, Spencers quick-thinking meant he was able to save himself – and his new wife – from embarrassment.
The TV star said: Wed had a few glasses of champagne with our cake by this point and its a good thing I went to acting school – I was more than happy taking centre stage.
Hopefully Spencer will remember to write one for their next wedding – the couple are planning a second wedding abroad so their friends can attend. The Scottish nuptials were so casual, in fact, that Spencer and Vogue shunned tradition by spending their last night as singletons together.
Vogue, 32, is currently pregnant with her and Spencers first child together. Their baby boy is due early September and the couple were keen to get married before the birth so they would all have the same surname.
Spencer, who is appearing in the new series of Celebrity Masterchef, said: Its nice for a baby to be born into a family with the same name. But it wasnt a huge concern.
We just thought if were going to go down the super casual route, why not do it sooner rather than later?

Mum-to-be Vogue added: When the baby comes, everything else would have gone on the backburner anyway – including the wedding.
Good job they managed to fit it in before, then.
