Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery, a new RPG mobile game based on the franchise, has released a new trailer showing off the game’s mechanics.

Arriving on iOS and Android later this spring via developer Jam City, Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery will see players put through the Sorting Hat ceremony, learn spells and even duel other students as you navigate Hogwarts life.

The trailer shows players will be learning spells and potions from a bunch of familiar professors, including Professor McGonagall, Severus Snape and Albus Dumbledore.

It seems you’ll be learning spells in a variety of mini-games, with the visuals also looking pretty admirable for an iOS title.

The game is set before Harry Potter’s time at Hogwarts, so you won’t be bumping into the likes of Ron Weasley or Hermione Grainger on your travels (maybe one of the Weasley brothers instead?).

Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery is open for pre-registration on Google Play ahead of its full release, which will sign you up for an alert when the game is available for download.
