Geri Horner has said ‘watch this space’ when it comes to brand new music and gig dates from the Spice Girls.
Despite Posh Spice aka Victoria Beckham slamming any rumours of a tour, Geri has revealed that the 90s girl group were exploring ‘all the possibilities’ when it comes to other new ventures.
Appearing on Sunday Brunch on 25 February the 45-year-old answered some burning questions about the band including whether the group will be putting on any gigs or releasing new music.
‘We’re talking about it,’ she replied, ‘We want to do something for our fans, and all the new generation.’
Getting Spice girl fans even more excited, she added: ‘We’re just putting all the possibilities out there, so watch this space.’
Geri Horner, Victoria Beckham, Mel B, Emma Bunton and Mel C all set tongues wagging just a few weeks ago when the five posed for a picture together on Instagram.
Opening up about the reunion, Geri described the re-discovered bond between the girls as ‘brilliant’ and ‘like a marriage.’
‘With the Spice Girls, we got together when we were in our early 20s, and 20 years have passed – to have that connection, and maintain it, find that commonality, sometimes you’ve got to find and hold onto that.’
‘So, it’s brilliant. We’ve got back in a room together and said, ‘Yes, let’s do something’. ‘
Earlier this month Spice girl Mel C also spoke out about the reunion with BBC Radio 2’s Dermot O’Leary saying: ‘it’s just great to be back in Spiceworld and to see the reaction, all over social media, the press and it’s so lovely to know that people out there still care.’
