Epic Games has revealed details on the much-anticipated season 3 of the Fortnite Battle Pass.
In the announcement it was revealed that their are 30 extra tiers in season 30, which takes the total up to 100, meaning plenty more items for players to unlock.
Season 2 gave players the opportunity to unlock 46 new cosmetics, but season 3 will increase this by having 76 items available to unlock including outfits, emotes and gliders.
As well as items seen in the previous battle pass, brand new items have been added including back bling, skydiving fx trails and loading screens.
Weekly Challenges have also been added to season 3 which consist of seven challenges that players can complete each week and it allows them to unlock tiers faster.
When is Fortnite Battle Pass season 3?
While an official start date for the new Fortnite Battle Pass hasn’t been confirmed yet, Epic Games has said that we can expect it to launch this week.
Season 2 is set to end on Wednesday 21st February, so players can expect season three to launch either on the same day or more likely on Thursday 22nd February as this is when Epic Games usually carries out its weekly updates.
